Seven anglers from Cambridge area fished a mark well offshore on the Jenna-d From West Mersea in what could only be described as uncomfortable conditions. Force 5 Westerly. They Came for tope and weren't disappointed Nine tope came to the boat the best 37lbs and his first tope was taken by Arun Hurwood from St Neots. The fish came on fresh Mackeral caught earlier.

Sunday 13th 5 anglers went for variety. Their tally icluded a total of seven skate, five smooth hounds, many mackeral, dog fish, codling, pouting and bass.
