Heading here

Where can we start this week.  Six cups would best describe it . yes the summer still hasn't started we have all and still are facing atrocious weather. Pictured here today is Ben from Southend with his skate[promised I'd put it in ] The wind That day reached an incredable 51mph. The forecast was 20 mph South Westerly ???? lots of dog fish but in all honesty we were lucky to have got out.  The six people that day had booked to go out from Dover, that was certainly not on so they phoned me,hopefully they give it a try in the better weather soon but we got out and caught fish.

Same old story Friday just didn't stop blowing and because it was constant it seemed rougher, again dog fish and skate, same Saturday a few skate and a couple of bass lots of schoolies and dogfish Sunday was the same bloody rough.

Monday saw an old party back booked late on a chance booking and we managed to find them one on a bank holiday we managed to get offshore and had a mixed bag, three skate a few small bass and dog fish, it didn't take long for the wind to pick up and we soon sought shelter but at least we got a few in.  It wants to change soon THERE ARE A few tope now showing so the bigger ones are there, the water is still too coloured for the mackerel so we've purchased some.

The tags are ready and waiting so hopefully the weather will settle.  MID WEEK BOOKINGS STILL AVAILABLE CHEERS DAVE
