Didn't get out during the week ,couldn't get individuals on common suitable day but Sat sunday ok,and a lot better than they had forecast !!!!!!!!!!

Saturday regulars five anglers fished the wallet one skate another female caught by Neal and returned,nine dog fish ,whiting and about 30 keep-able codling.lost count of what went back but good fishing .biggest problem we had was the jetty being concreted, It made llanding and picking up a problem but its only one week.

Sunday Regular party again,biggest fish to Steve Roberts a skate of 9.5lbs and credit to the angler no hesitation in putting her back.It was a female and eggs hanging out.lost count of how many cod we had but it was a lot ,It did go quite for a short spell and we moved off shore but not for long,It was very quite so moved in close and straight back into them.funy thing these fish they can always do the unexpected.with the tides dropping you would expect them to move off but that's fishing.

Out a few times this week and have spaces Thursday,please phone asap if interested ,The tides are very small so I will be going off to deeper water marks, still the same quarry but maybe a better stamp let you know next week. And to all those coming down if you want breakfast at the waterfront cafe please phone in advance 01206 386061,they will open at 6.30 so we can leave at 7.30 if notified and with all the anglers going from our port now it should with demand become a regular feature.
