We don't have to mention the weather you've all experienced it,and it looks set to blow till next Thursday .Nothing to write about Saturday as you can well imagine ,Sunday we took the bit between our teeth and went for it .It was bloody horrible but we caught fish .Remember the eel we shook off last week,well this week it got aboard along with five of its mates.Of course there were dog fish and the five anglers aboard managed five skate,A couple were nice females well into double figures.We were meant to be diving early this week and fishing again today but weathers put paid to that so hopefully we can get out Friday and through next week end.

Catches from the area have included bass ,skate and dog fish ,best bait lug .When the water is as coloured as it is you do require the scent ,and of course the squid catches all.

Costs, as you all know costs keep rising and most are out of our control,I recently had to fill up at Bradwell marina and was charged an incredible 51p per litre this was a 25% increase? I have now decided to try pricing my trips accordingly . The cost of the boat is £250.00 for a basic 8 hr trip .Individual price £40.00 minimum of four.Plus engine running hrs will be charged at £15.00 per hour to the nearest hour on all trips so the further you go the more it costs.bait is additional at cost.If you book the boat this is down to you to fill at the above price.If you book as individuals I will contact additional anglers to fill the boat .Requirement of boat or individuals must be stated on booking or person hiring will be deemed to have booked the boat .Individuals booking with children will be charged half price for children when a minimum of four paying adults are on board.
